How this website got started? “Mission Statement” RIBiker.net was created to give local bikers a place to find, up-to-date, information on events, where to ride and where to have a good time!! I got tired of searching on the internet and coming up with websites that either didn’t work or didn’t have any local information, so I decided to take matters into my own hands. This website was created by a local biker and is maintained by a local biker. Here are some of things you will find on the site. Motorcycle Events & Rides, Bike Nights, Bike Blessings, Bike Weeks, Rallies, Poker Runs, Scenic Roads, Bars, Restaurants and other biker friendly places in the Northeast. Concentration in RI, MA and CT area. I hope you find the information useful. Please feel free to contact me with ideas, events, rides or anything else you would like to see on this site.
My Biography: "Dirt bikes got me hooked when I was a kid. I have owned all different types of motorcycles since. It wasn't until I bought my first Harley, a 98' Sportster, that I realized how much fun bikers had. I met a few guys that ride and the next thing I knew, there were a dozen of us riding every weekend!" "I learned about Bike Week in Laconia, poker runs, biker clubs, crazy bars and wild parties that I would have never found if I didn't buy that Sportster. Most of all, I met some of the nicest people... some of them are my best friends. -MM
